Besant Capital acquires Zurich’s building: The Advisors
DLA Piper has advised Besant Capital in the acquisition of the Alcalá 44 building, previously owned by Zurich Insurance. Located between Banco de España and the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the building will be transformed into branded residences or a luxury hotel. The acquisition is valued at over €100 million, with the total investment potentially exceeding €200 million. Sales prices are projected to reach around €20,000 per square meter.
