DJV recruits Alberto Suárez to reinforce its commercial area

DJV Abogados has recruited Alberto Suárez Tramón, who previously was director of M&A and Commercial Contracting at Garrido Abogados, to reinforce the firm´s commercial area

Alberto Suárez (pictured right) graduated in Law from the University of Oviedo and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues. He has more than 15 years’ experience as a lawyer specialized in various Business Law areas, specifically, Commercial Contracts, Mergers & Acquisitions.

Before joining DJV Abogados, Suárez Tramón developed his career in several firms, mainly Garrigues, PwC Tax & Legal, BDO Abogados and Garrido Abogados.

According to the firm, his experience includes transfer and acquisition of companies and corporate groups, business units, real estate assets, among others, as well as negotiation and closure of agreements between partners of start ups and companies in different fields, both national and international. He has also been Secretary of the Board of Directors of different companies.
