Devesa advises Roman on the integration of Dédalo Comunicación

Devesa has advised the leading communication and reputation consultancy Roman on the corporate acquisition and integration of Dédalo Comunicación into its group structure.

Dédalo Comunicación is an independent consulting firm specializing in strategic, corporate, financial, crisis, and litigation communications. The boutique firm has more than 30 years of experience and has managed more than 150 risk projects for national and international companies.

This acquisition, in addition to bringing in the Dédalo team, allows Roman, according to a statement, to “consolidate its position as a comprehensive boutique consulting firm, combining senior strategic vision with data-driven insights and an extensive network of relationships in the corporate, institutional, and financial markets.”

Devesa’s advisory services were led by Juan Antonio Botella, partner and head of the Corporate & M&A area, and senior associate Isabel Cano.
