Devesa advises Manero on its expansion to Marbella
Manero (Grupo Gastroportal), renowned for its luxury gastronomic offering, continues its growth in Spain with the opening of its sixth restaurant at the newly refurbished Hotel Don Carlos Resort & Spa in Marbella.
The new restaurant, set to open in June, will span 1,500 square metres and will be located in one of Marbella’s most prestigious areas. The space’s design will blend tradition with modernity, emphasising its southern soul.
Carlos Bosch, founder and director of Manero, stated: “I am thrilled about this new project and very pleased to have the support of a team like Devesa for the Group’s expansion.”
With this opening, Manero expects to achieve an approximate turnover of €25 million in 2025, further strengthening its presence in Spain’s high-end restaurant sector.
The Devesa team has been led by Juan Antonio Botella, leading partner of the M&A department, and Patricia Carrera, senior associate in the same department.
