Dentons hires Inmaculada Castelló as corporate partner
Dentons has announced the addition of Inmaculada Castelló as a new partner in the Corporate and Commercial Law practice area at its Spanish office. Castelló, who previously held the position of partner at Pinsent Masons in Madrid, brings nearly 20 years of legal experience to her new role.
Throughout her career, she has excelled in areas such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments, and corporate restructuring, both domestically and internationally, with a particular focus on the technology, industry, and healthcare sectors. Additionally, she has provided counsel on transactions related to the real estate and financial sectors, including the restructuring of banking entities.
A graduate in Law from the University of Alicante, prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Castelló worked in the Corporate Law departments of Ramón y Cajal (as a partner) and Cuatrecasas. Furthermore, she serves as the secretary of the Spanish Association of Digital Health. Her sector-specific knowledge has earned her accolades such as ‘Lawyer of the Year – Health Care Law’ by the Best Lawyers directory, and she was included in the list of the top 30 lawyers in Spain in 2022 by Iberian Lawyer.
