Dentons renews agreement with Ecuador’s ministry of economy and finance
Dentons has renewed its agreement with the ministry of economy and finance of Ecuador for an additional three years.
By this deal, the law firm provide services including international legal advice in relation to public borrowing, debt management and other transactions or actions that enable better access to international financing and improved public debt conditions.
Dentons has been advising Ecuador’s ministry of economy and finance on issues related to its public debt since 2019. During december 2020, the firm also assisted Ecuador in obtaining a $50m financing under the terms of a covid-19 crisis recovery programme.
The new deal has been handled by Madrid’s banking and finance partner, Jesús Mardomingo (pictured), and Paris’ sovereign advisory practice partner, Yun Ma.
