Dentons appoints three counsels in Madrid

Dentons has promoted Madrid-based associates Juan Alonso, Luis Belart and Fernando Gutiérrez to counsels.

Alonso (pictured, middle) has more than 20 years experience advising companies on labour and social security law. His areas of expertise include collective bargaining procedures.

Belart (pictured, bottom), who specialises in banking and finance, has more than 10 years of experience advising credit institutions, investment funds and private equity funds. His expertise includes international syndicated financing operations.

Gutiérrez (pictured, top), who also specialises in banking and finance, has extensive experience in providing regulatory advice to financial entities, as well as advising on M&A operations and financing deals.
