Dentons advises UBS on sale of The Outlet Stores Alicante
Dentons’ real estate team in Spain has advised UBS Asset Management on the sale of The Outlet Stores Alicante to VIA Outlets, in an operation aimed at strengthening the buyer’s footprint in the Iberian retail market.
Located in San Vicente del Raspeig, next to the University of Alicante, The Outlet Stores Alicante is a consolidated retail asset serving the wider Costa Blanca region. “The transaction aligns with VIA Outlets’ strategy of acquiring high-potential centres across Europe to drive brand synergies and operational scale”, states Dentons.
