Dentons advises on the sale of Scalefast
Dentons has advised US-based Scalefast on its sale to ESW, the global firm specialized in e-commerce. Scalefast also specialises in direct-to-consumer e-commerce and it is based in Los Angeles with offices in Paris, Vietnam, Japan, Mexico, and Madrid.
The acquisition of Scalefast represents a strategic move for ESW that will strengthen its position in the fashion, beauty, personal care and luxury brands market by adding the entertainment, gaming and electronics sectors.
