Dentons advises on the purchase of an office building by Azora

Dentons team has provided legal advice for the sale of the office building located at Calle Doctor Esquerdo 136, Madrid. This transaction was structured as a share deal, involving the disposal of 100% of the shares of the company that owns the building to Azora.

The building is located in the prestigious Retiro district of Madrid and has a gross leasable area of 9,094 sqm, distributed over eight above-ground floors and multiple underground parking levels. Although the building is currently intended for office use, it has different potential alternative uses, which enhances its value as a prime asset
