Dentons advises on the acquisition of a wolfram mine from Oaktree
Dentons Spain has advised the Australian listed company EQ Resources Limited on the acquisition of the Barruecopardo (Salamanca) wolfram mine from the US fund Oaktree.
The transaction, which is still pending closing, has been led by our partner Daniel Vázquez, in collaboration with Israel de Diego and Vicente Paramio, from the Madrid office, and Jayne Schnider and Chris Winn from the London office, for English law matters.
