Dentons advises on the acquisition of a logistics warehouse in Coslada
The real estate department of the Spanish office of Dentons has advised Delin Property on the acquisition of a plot of land and a logistics warehouse in the district of Coslada, considered the main logistics centre in Madrid, with the aim of developing a 13,363 square metre warehouse.
The operation is part of the strategy that Delin Property, a European group specialising in investment in logistics warehouses, has in place in Spain, through the refurbishment of an existing logistics building, its extension and the improvement of the property to comply with regulations and obtain ESG certification.
The resulting logistics warehouse will be an important asset for the company both because it is considered a state-of-the-art warehouse and because it is located in Coslada, where the largest concentration of large external logistics providers (3PL) and e-commerce distributors in Spain is currently located.
