Dentons advises on sale of Agronova Biotech to Ambienta
Dentons has advised Magnum Industrial Partners and The Muffin Group Corporation in the sale of Agronova Biotech, an European platform in sustainable biological solutions for soil and crop protection and fertilization. The transaction represents a milestone for Ambienta, a private equity firm focused on environmental sustainability, which now has completed its first investment in Spain.
The Muffin Group Corporation will be reinvesting alongside Ambienta, thus remaining involved in this new stage of development of Agronova Biotech. This deal marks another chapter in the investment history of Spanish private equity house Magnum Industrial Partners and its partnership with The Muffin Group Corporation, following their initial investment in 2021.
