Dentons has advised the South African fund Lighthouse Netherlands B.V. on its acquisition of Torrecárdenas for €172m.
It is a share deal acquisition of a Spanish company, which is the current owner of one of the most representative shopping centers in Andalucía and the biggest in Almería.
This is the first major retail investment transaction to close in the Spanish market since the outbreak of the pandemic.
