Dentons advises Acciona and SFI on €160m financing and $140m green facility agreement

Dentons finance team has advised Acciona and SFI Markets in securing a €160 million financing package and a USD 140 million green facility agreement to develop projects aimed at reducing CO2 emissions and boosting sustainable growth in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

These financing agreements are intended for general corporate purposes, with a significant focus on supporting green projects that promote environmental sustainability. The projects aim to foster renewable energy, enhance energy efficiency, reduce pollution, and contribute to conservation efforts, all aligned with reducing carbon emissions and increasing climate resilience.

The transaction was successfully led by partner Luis Belart, with the collaboration of senior associate Ignacio Fernández and junior associate Iciar Pérez Puente.
