Deloitte Legal Telles hires Eduardo Crespo in banking and finance

Deloitte Legal Telles has appointed Eduardo Crespo as managing associate in its Banking, Finance and Capital Markets practice. He joins from PLMJ, where he also served as managing associate.

Crespo’s work has focused on structured finance transactions, credit securitization, corporate finance, debt issuance and banking regulation. Throughout his career, he has advised domestic and international clients on structured and high-yield issuances, financing (with particular emphasis on direct lending and real estate sector financing), equity and bond markets, sovereign debt, collective investment schemes, project finance and financing for renewable energy and infrastructure projects, as well as banking and financial regulation and compliance matters, including advising listed companies.

Background

Crespo holds a master’s degree in Law and Management from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa. He has been registered with the Portuguese Bar Association since 2018 and also holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from the Faculty of Law of Lisbon.
