Deloitte Legal has advised Fuerte Itaka on the acquisition of Morasol Apartamentos.

Morasol Apartamentos is a hotel company with flats just a few metres from the beach in the south of Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura.

The Deloitte Legal team advising Morasol Apartamentos was formed by the partner, Ignacio Medina (pictured), the senior associate, José Manuel López, the tax manager, Ignacio Blanco and the lawyers, David Mena and Irene Veloso.
