Deloitte Legal advises on the execution of Sesame’s €23 million financing round
Deloitte Legal has advised the technology company Sesame in the execution of a financing round of 23 million euros in which the British fund GP Bullhound, which has accessed the share capital of the company, and the growth equity fund PSG, which was already part of the shareholding, have participated.
With this injection of liquidity, the Valencian company seeks to strengthen its artificial intelligence system applied to HR. The Financial Advisory team was also involved in the transaction.
The transaction has been advised by the Corporate M&A team formed by: Ignacio Echenagusia (partner), José María Gomá (senior associate) and Carmelo Gómez (associate).
