Deloitte Legal advises on the acquisition of 147 ‘build-to-rent’ homes to Neinor Homes

Deloitte Legal has advised on the tax aspects of the transaction to Round Hill Capital, a real estate investor specialized in real estate asset management, development and asset management, in the acquisition of 147 build-to-rent (BTR) homes from Neinor Homes.

The Tax M&A team which has participated in the transaction: Javier Pérez Olivares (partner), and Gonzalo Mayo Arias (principal associate). On behalf of the Indirect team: Marcos Río Hernández (partner) and Marta Sánchez Martínez de Irujo (senior associate).
