Deloitte Legal advises Grupo Setesa on the sale of its business to Grupo Bosch
Deloitte Legal has advised Grupo Setesa on the sale of its after-sales services business to Grupo Bosch (Bosch Home Comfort Group), as part of Bosch’s strategy to expand and strengthen its services division in the Spanish market.
This transaction allows Setesa to integrate under the umbrella of the manufacturer of its product portfolio and aligns with Bosch’s strategic plan to reinforce and expand its services division internationally.
The transaction forms part of Deloitte’s E2E M&A approach, which provides end-to-end transactional support, in this case, bringing together professionals from both the Transactions practice and Deloitte Legal.
The deal was led by Corporate M&A team, comprising Guillermo Donadeu García-Nieto (director), Marc Castro García (associate) and Esther Durán Morales (junior). The firm’s tax department also took part in the transaction, with the involvement of Cayetano Olmos (partner), Guillem Nadal Benavent (partner), Xavier Betran (partner) and Robert Domingo (associate).
