Deloitte Legal advises Atresmedia on the acquisition of Clear Channel España
Deloitte Legal has advised Atresmedia on the signing of an agreement with Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings for the acquisition of 100% of Clear Channel España. With this strategic transaction, valued at 115 million euros, Atresmedia accelerates its diversification, betting on outdoor advertising.
Clear Channel España is a leading outdoor advertising company with a national presence, more than 39,000 advertising faces and a team of 180 professionals. The operation, still pending approval by the National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC), makes the audiovisual group the first European operator to enter this sector.
The integration reinforces Atresmedia’s diversification and digitalization strategy, incorporating Clear Channel’s experience in digital out of home and accelerating the technological transformation of the outdoor media. The company will maintain its management team and an independent management model, guaranteeing continuity in the relationship with clients, administrations and partners, while expanding communication opportunities for advertisers.
