Deloitte advises Dofitours on the sale of its business to Sagalés
Deloitte has provided legal, tax, labour and financial advice to Dofitours, a leading company in tourist maritime transport on the Costa Brava, on the sale of its business to Sagalés, a highly recognised company in the field of land transport.
This move allows Sagalés to enter the maritime sector, as part of its strategic plan for national and sectoral diversification.
Various teams from Deloitte Legal and Transactions participated in the operation, providing advice in line with the End-to-End M&A strategy.
