Davide Ciciliato: Endesa General Director of Commercialization

The Board of Directors of Endesa has appointed Davide Ciciliato as the new General Director of Commercialization. Ciciliato succeeds Javier Uriarte, who has led this business line since its inception over 25 years ago. Ciciliato takes on this role with the mission to drive Endesa’s strategy of always being by their customers’ side, supporting citizens, businesses, and public administrations on their journey towards energy transition.

Ciciliato returns to Endesa, having previously directed Endesa X from 2021 to 2023. In his new position, he aims to advance the next phase of the company’s commercial strategy. This includes strengthening Endesa’s role as a comprehensive provider of commodities, products, and services, enhancing offerings that build customer loyalty and add value.

Before joining the energy sector, Ciciliato gained marketing experience at Colgate Palmolive. He also holds a Master’s degree in Energy from IESE Business School and has completed leadership programs at IESE and INSEAD. Additionally, he has taught at LUISS Business School.

Under his’s leadership, Endesa is poised to continue its commitment to innovative and customer-centric solutions, ensuring that the company remains a pivotal player in the energy sector’s evolution.
