Cuatrecasas renovates its Bilbao office

Cuatrecasas has completed the complete renovation of its Bilbao office (Alameda Mazarredo, 5) to turn it into a more transparent and luminous work environment, in line with the firm’s new ways of working. ‘The refurbishment has provided the office with more efficient, modern spaces equipped with the latest technologies, which will improve its service and customer service capacity’, they have shared in a statement.

José Ramón Berecibar, managing partner of the single office in the Basque Country, said: ‘With the complete renovation of our Bilbao office, we are reinforcing Cuatrecasas’ leadership strategy in the region, with a commitment to continuity in client service with the highest quality. These innovative facilities, distributed over two floors, combine technology, functionality and tradition to offer modern and efficient spaces to both our teams and our clients. This project, in short, reflects our commitment to the Basque Country and to excellence in service’.

The facilities, with a total surface area of 1,402 square metres, are distributed over two floors. On the first floor, dedicated to daily work, new elements have been installed such as a phone-box, a collaboration room, an internal meeting room and an office, including a dining area.

The third floor, dedicated exclusively to clients, has five meeting rooms, one of which has an adjoining kitchen area to facilitate lunch with clients that resembles a traditional Basque txoko. Equipped with a special opaque vinyl system, the rooms can be transparent or opaque, depending on the degree of confidentiality of the meeting.
