Cuatrecasas on Ford’s concession of new electric models to the Valencia plant
Cuatrecasas has advised Ford Spain on the bidding process for the production of new electric models between the plants that the automotive multinational has in Almussafes (Valencia) and in Saarlouis (Germany). After this process, it has finally been decided to allocate the investment, for the production of future electric cars of the brand, to the Valencia factory.
The team that has participated in the operation has been made up of Jorge Aranaz (partner), Guillermo Tena (counsel) and Salvador del Rey (partner), having had the collaboration of Gregor Erlebach (counsel), Carmen Ruiz (associate), Andrew Ward (partner) and Alexandre Picón (lawyer).
