Cuatrecasas instructed by IFA Canarias on Anfi Invest acquisition

Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira acted for hotel chain IFA Canarias on its €41m acquisition of timeshare operator Anfi Invest, according to Mergermarket.

 

IFA Canarias parent company IFA Hotel & Touristik is a Germany-based company active in the tourism sector.

It divides its business activities into three areas: hotels, including holiday hotels and apartments; health, comprising sports, wellness, beauty and rehabilitation offerings; and other miscellaneous businesses including golf courses and travel agencies.

Anfi Invest’s subsidiaries include Anfi Resort and Anfi Sales.
