Cuatrecasas in the registration of Palladium Hotel Group’s new €50m promissory note program

Cuatrecasas has advised Palladium Hotel Group on the registration of its new 50 million euro promissory note program in the MARF, coordinated by Banca March.

Banca March has coordinated a new short-term fixed income securities program for Palladium Hotel Group for a maximum amount of €50 million. The program was registered today on the Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija (MARF) and Banca March is acting as registered advisor, paying agent and placement bank.

The securities issued will be denominated in euros and may have different maturity dates up to 24 months. Palladium Hotel Group will use this program as an alternative to bank financing. This program reaffirms the growing interest of Spanish companies in alternative financing in the capital markets.

The firm team has benn formed by Miguel Cruz Ropero (partner), Gonzalo Terceño (lawyer) and Ignacio Rebollo (lawyer).
