Cuatrecasas in the acquisition of Clinica Veterinaria Almanzora

VetPartners España, the Spain based company offering veterinary services, has acquired Clinica Veterinaria Almanzora, the local veterinary center.

The terms of the deal were undisclosed.

Cuatrecasas advised VetPartners España with partner Albert Garrofé (pictured).

The law firm also advised VetPartners, the United Kingdom based provider of veterinary services for small animals, equines, and farm animals, in the acquisition through its subsidiary VetPartners España of Laif, the Spain based veterinary hospital.
