Cuatrecasas counsels Savills on retail park acquisition

Cuatrecasas has advised Savills on the purchase of two units of Lisboa Park

Cuatrecasas advised Savills Investment Management on the purchase of two out of the three units of Lisboa Park retail park, currently rented to Conforama and Continente. The amount of the operation raised to €23 million.

Lisboa Park is located in the area called “Alta de Lisboa” and is the retail park placed closest to Lisbon CBD. The shopping centre, developed by Bogaris, is located in the municipality of Lisbon, with over 500,000 people in its area of influence, and has 23,181 square metres of gross rentable area, of which Savills has acquired 11,000 metres, according to the manager.
