Cuatrecasas appoints Gemma Colomer as counsel
Cuatrecasas has appointed Gemma Colomer as new counsel specialising in pharmaceutical and healthcare regulatory law. She joins from Fieldfisher Spain.
With more than 23 years advising the pharmaceutical and medical technology industry, Gemma Colomer has technical expertise and experience in the life sciences sector. She advises to clients in the sector, ranging from regulatory, contractual and sector-specific compliance matters to regulatory disputes and administrative and contentious proceedings before the courts.
Gemma Colomer also has extensive teaching experience in leading master’s programmes in the sector, such as the Master’s in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industry at UPF and the Pharmaceutical Law Course at ICAB. She has also contributed to publications and prestigious international events.
