Cuatrecasas and Deloitte instructed on Nutrisens’ Vegenat acquisition

Cuatrecasas advised French health nutrition company Nutrisens on the acquisition of Spanish business Vegenat Healthcare, which instructed Deloitte.

Vegenat’s business includes the production of dehydrated ingredients for agrifood businesses.

The newly merged entity will generate revenues of €75 million, according to a Nutrisens statement.

The Cuatrecasas team included partner Juan Aguayo and counsel Hèléne Baus. The Deloitte team advising Vegenat included partner Ignacio Echenagusia and senior associate Agustin Del Rio Galeote.
