Cuatrecasas and Caballer advise on the Bonavida Villas residential project
Cuatrecasas and Caballer have advised on a €24 million credit facility provided by Erebus Real Estate Partners (brokered by Laurus Property Partners) for the construction of 15 luxury villas in Mallorca.
Bonavida Villas, consisting of 15 detached villas, is a development located between Santa Ponsa and the municipality of Andratx, just 20 minutes from Palma de Mallorca. Specifically in the municipality of Calviá, they have a total built surface of 5,200 square meters and the average surface per property is 346 square meters built (3-4 bedrooms).
ALQ Investments, Admara Capital and Urbanitae have been the developers. García-Ruiz Arquitectos have been in charge of the design of this project.
Erebus Real Estate Partners has been advised by Cristóbal Cotta (partner), Miguel Ángel Gonzalo Salazar (associate) and María Alaminos García (junior associate) from Cuatrecasas.
