Cuatrecasas and Baker McKenzie instructed on Biopolis sale

Cuatrecasas acted for Talde Private Equity on the sale of 90 per cent stake in Biopolis to Archer Daniels Midland.

Archer Daniels Midland was advised by Baker McKenzie on the deal, according to Mergermarket.

The Superior Council for Scientific Research (CSIC), from which Biopolis was spun-off, has retained a minority stake in the company.

Biopolisis a biotech company providing research, development and production services for the agri-food, pharmaceutical, chemical and energy industries.
