Cuatrecasas advises on brewery launch in Seville

The director of this initiative is Pedro Cánovas, who founded the former “low cost” tavern chain Mercado Provenzal

As Iberian Lawyer could confirm, a group of investors is betting on the development of a beer brewery plant in Seville that could be up and running by the beginning of next year. The objective of this project is to carve out a niche on beer brewery and distribution within the Horeca channel (hotel and catering) producing at highly competitive prices.

Both families are shareholders of company Cervezas Gran Vía, a firm that promotes this brewery plant in the Laguna Larga Industrial Estate in Alcalá de Guadaira. The director of this initiative is Pedro Cánovas, who founded the former “low cost” tavern chain Mercado Provenzal.

Cuatrecasas´ team advising on the implementation of this investment project has been led by Commercial partner Eduardo Ramirez Medina along with associate Natalia Tallada Duñabeitia.
