Cuatrecasas advises Logicor on warehouse lease in Portugal

Cuatrecasas in Portugal advised Logicor in the lease negotiation of a logistics warehouse to the Spanish multinational Kaleido, Ideas & Logistics. The warehouse, approximately 7,700 m² in size, is located in the Ermida Logistic Park in Santo Tirso, one of the most prominent logistics parks in the Greater Porto area. “As is customary in Logicor’s lease negotiations, particular attention was given to ESG-related issues and contractual conditions aimed at promoting and ensuring the careful, rigorous, and efficient use and management of the property, in line with internal environmental and sustainability goals and policies”, states Cuatrecasas.
