Cuatrecasas advises Energy Solar on a new financing round
Cuatrecasas has advised Energy Solar Tech, a technology company in the energy sector, on the launch of a financing round with which it expects to raise up to €7.5m.
The company seeks to allocate this amount to invest in distributed energy generation assets and inorganic growth.
Also, the financing round will allow Energy Solar Tech to advance its goal of joining the BME Growth and consolidate its position in the energy sector, continuing with its international expansion strategy.
