Cuatrecasas advises Brookfield on the sale of BIF Portugal Wind to Finerge
Cuatrecasas´ Portuguese office advised BIF II Lux Gen on the sale of Bif Portugal Wind to Finerge, a Portuguese group operating in the renewable energy sector
BIF’s assets include two wind farms, Toutiço and Lomba do Vale, with an installed capacity of 102MW and 21MW respectively, located in five Portuguese municipalities (Pampilhosa da Serra, Góis, Arganil, Montalegre and Cabeceiras de Baixo).
