Cuatrecasas advises Ardian on its first RE investment in Spain

Cuatrecasas has assisted French fund Ardian with the completion of its first Real Estate transaction in Spain with the off-market acquisition of an office building in Madrid

The office building, located near the Azca area of Madrid, is occupied by a single institutional tenant and has approximately 10,000 square metres of leasable space and over 150 parking spaces.

The investment has been carried out through a dedicated investment platform controlled by a real estate Sicaf, owned by Ardian and managed by Prelios SGR.
