Cuatrecasas advises AnaCap on Cleva acquisition
Cuatrecasas’ Portuguese team has advised AnaCap, a leading private equity firm in the European financial market, on the acquisition of Cleva, an insurance software provider, from the Inetum Group. Cleva is headquartered in Paris and operates predominantly in France and Portugal, with offices in Lisbon and Porto.
