Cuatrecasas advises Amchor on the incorporation of a private debt FIL together with Mutuactivos
Cuatrecasas has advised Amchor Investment Strategies, an entity specialised in investment strategy management, on the incorporation of the Global Private Income Program FIL fund, which will allow participants to be fully invested from the outset in a pre-constructed portfolio of high-quality private debt.
The fund has been designed under the structure of a Free Investment Fund (FIL) that will offer periodic income and give investors the option to continue investing over time, with participants being able to choose, upon maturity, between a transfer in kind to a FIL with a similar investment policy or to a money market fund.
Amchor will assume the role of fund manager and Mutuactivos will be the strategic advisor.
