Cuatrecasas advises A.GAIN on Real Zaragoza stake
Cuatrecasas has advised A.GAIN, an international investment platform backed by IDC Network, on its acquisition of a majority shareholding in Real Zaragoza. Under the agreement, A.GAIN takes over management of the club in coordination with its current structure, with the aim of ensuring institutional stability and continuity of the sporting project.
The group enters the club after several months of analysis and draws on prior experience in the football industry. It says it has a defined business plan and a management team that combines local knowledge with international management standards.
