Cuatrecasas acts for Crealsa in its sale to IMAN Capital

Cuatrecasas and EY have counseled Spanish fintech company Crealsa on its sale to IMAN Capital

IMAN Capital Partners has, along with a group of investors, acquired a majority stake in Spanish fintech company Crealsa Investments.

However, as Iberian Lawyer could confirm, José Molina and Javier Chisbert, co-founders of Crealsa, will continue to hold a significant stake in the company, with Molina as CEO.

Cuatrecasas and EY counseled Crealsa while IMAN was advised by Arcano, Gómez-Acebo y Pombo, KPMG and Capgemini.

Cuatrecasas’ team was led by partner Fernando Mínguez (pictured).
