CS’Associados appoints Filipa Cristóvão Ferreira as partner

Filipa Cristóvão Ferreira has been appointed partner at CS’Associados. She has experience in banking and finance, capital markets and projects, and was the first trainee ever recruited by the firm, 11 years ago.

Ferreira graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, where she also completed her master’s degree. She undertook a secondment at Allen & Overy and has experience in national and international transactions, including acquisition, real estate and restructuring financings, debt issuances and project finance, particularly in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. Her recent work includes advising on the financing of Bondalti’s public takeover offer for Ercros and on the financing of the construction of the new Lisbon Oriental Hospital. Her appointment is effective 1 January 2026.
