Crowe reinforces labour with Jonatán Molano
Crowe Legal y Tributario continues to strengthen its Madrid office with the appointment of Jonatán Molano as a new partner in its labour law department.
Molano brings extensive experience as a labour lawyer, with a strong focus on litigation. Throughout his career, he has represented both companies and executives in numerous court proceedings. In addition, he has advised businesses on a wide range of employment-related matters, including complex workforce restructuring processes, strategic HR planning, and especially global employee mobility.
He holds a law degree and a master’s in private law (specializing in labour and social security law) from the Complutense University of Madrid. Molano has built his professional career at top-tier firms such as Cuatrecasas and KPMG Abogados, and most recently served as head of the labour department at V2C Abogados, which has just been integrated into Auren Legal, as we have reported here.
With this latest addition, the firm led by Jordi Bech reinforces its legal services offering in Madrid and strengthens its commitment to growing its labour practice in the Spanish capital.
Crowe in Spain operates across legal and tax, audit, and consulting divisions, employing over 450 professionals nationwide, with main offices in Barcelona and Madrid.
