Croma Legal hires Carlos García Berned

The Barcelona-based boutique law firm Croma Legal has hired Carlos García Berned as a partner in the firm.

The new partner will reinforce activities in intellectual property, industrial property, privacy, technological and digital law.

García Berned began his career at Uría Menéndez, then worked at Fieldfisher until 2020 and soon after he joined a legal boutique as partner in 2021. He holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.

His addition to the project marks a new phase of consolidation and growth for Croma Legal, whose expertise and recognition in the market will signify a step forward in project consolidation.
