Cristina Palau joins Ariston Education as senior legal counsel

Cristina Palau Redolat has joined Ariston Education as senior legal counsel, after eight years at A&O Shearman, where she most recently served as senior associate. Based in Madrid, Ariston Education is a group of K–12 schools.

Palau Redolat will be responsible for building the group’s legal function from the ground up. “A huge thank you to the Ariston team for trusting me to build the legal function from the ground up. As the daughter of a lawyer and a teacher, I feel this role lets me bring together two worlds I grew up with and put into practice everything I’ve learned at home, at school and throughout my career,” she said on social media.
