Crescenta incorporates Ana Serrano, ex Cuatrecasas, as legal and compliance manager
Crescenta, the first digital fund manager in Spain for private equity investment, has incorporated Ana Serrano, after 6 years of experience as a lawyer in Cuatrecasas’ Fund Formation team, to its legal department.
Ana says: ‘I am very excited to embark on this new adventure at Crescenta, an innovative fund manager that has come to revolutionise the world of private equity. I am excited to be able to contribute, through my experience and knowledge in the legal and financial sector, to facilitate the access of the retail investor to such an attractive asset class, until now reserved to a few’.
Ana Serrano
Serrano has a solid background in commercial and regulatory law and specialises in providing regulatory advice to Spanish and international private equity fund managers. She has experience in the incorporation of private equity funds of top-level managers and in advising on the management bodies of private equity managers and venture capital companies.
The lawyer holds a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the University of Valencia. Also, a double Master’s degree in International Business Law and Access to the Legal Profession from ESADE and the University of Melbourne. She has attended specialised Invest Europe training courses and has a postgraduate degree in Business Valuation and Company Accounting.
