Cremades grows in Galicia with Juanma Sánchez-Padrós
Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo‘s A Coruña office, led by Alberto García Ramos, has hired Juanma Sánchez-Padrós as a new of counsel.
The new of counsel has previously worked at several law firms, including Maio Legal and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. Sánchez-Padrós has more than 30 years of experience, having developed his professional career in telecommunications companies such as his professional career in telecommunications companies such as Euskaltel Group and R and in firms such as TKL Think Legal.
His professional practice focuses on commercial and corporate law and administrative law, specialising in the telecommunications, audiovisual and new technologies sectors. He has extensive experience in corporate operations and in governing bodies as Secretary and member of Boards of Directors.
In addition, his business experience has led him to be involved in financing contracts, construction of networks and infrastructures and the acquisition of audiovisual rights, competition disputes and the
conflicts in the field of competition and in the implementation of regulatory compliance programmes.
