Co-founding partner quits Ontier´s Spain office

Ontier Hermosilla & Gutierrez de la Roza has confirmed that partner Ramon Hermosilla Gimeno has quit the firm to set up his own practice.

A statement said that the Hermosilla Gimeno would be starting his own law office though would continue to work with Ontier in a number of areas.

Aside from Hermosilla Gimeno´s departure, the firm said it would retain the rest of its governance structure which includes: Bernardo Gutiérrez de la Roza (partner and CEO), Pedro Rodriguez Rodero (managing partner), and Ramón Hermosilla Martín (partner and president of honour).

In 2008, Hermosilla & Gutierrez de la Roza was formed following the merger of two Madrid firms. In 2012, the firm adopted the Ontier brand.
