CMS Spain hires new HR director
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has reinforced HR with the incorporation of Blanca Rodríguez Lainz
As part of its strategy to continue reinforcing the management of the support areas, CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo incorporates Blanca Rodríguez Lainz (pictured) as HR director. Blanca joins the firm after 20 years of a professional career, always focused on HR management, internal communication and internal training.
She has developed her career in Spain and Chile, having worked as HR and Internal Communication Manager in Cuatrecasasas between 2007 and 2016, promoting a large number of strategic initiatives and strategic projects aimed at attracting and developing the firm’s talent.
In the last five years, she has divided her time between Chile and Spain, as director in the Chilean office of head hunter Ackermann International in projects related to headhunting and HR, as a member of the management committee of Promociona Chile and as Executive Coach in a personal project she launched in Chile.
Blanca holds a Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master´s degree in HR Management from the Centro de Estudios Financieros. She is also certified in Executive Coaching Management at the Instituto de Empresa and completed the Executive Programme for Women in Senior Management (Promociona) at the Adolfo Ibáñez University in Chile.
Blanca will work closely with the CMS network to enhance collaboration on training initiatives, as well as retention and training initiatives, as well as talent retention and attraction.
